Who is TryghedsGruppen
TryghedsGruppen smba is a Danish corporation which owns and develops companies in the Nordic region. TryghedsGruppen supports initiatives that contribute to creating security in Denmark and the Nordic region.
The activities of TryghedsGruppen encompass three main elements:
TryghedsGruppen is the majority shareholder of the quoted insurance group Tryg listed on the OMX Copenhagen Stock Exchange with a share of ownership of 60 percent.
TryghedsGruppen invests in other activities that create security primarily in companies within the health care sector. Within these areas TryghedsGruppen owns the Nordic fitness chain SATS, its subsidiary Fresh Fitness, the Swedish health consultancy Previa and its Danish counterpart Previa Sundhed, Denmark's leading prosthetist/orthotist Sahva as well as Quick Care who provide health consultancy to the Danish public sector and finally Kærkommen who offer home caring services to the elderly and disabled.
TryghedsGruppen creates more security and peace of mind for everyone in Denmark via TrygFonden's (TryghedsGruppen smba) benevolent activities.
TryghedsGruppen is an smba (society with limited liability) registered with the Danish Commerce and Company Agency under CVR number 10430410.
TryghedsGruppen's supreme authority is its Board of Representatives. The BoR decide on matters equal to those of shareholders at AGMs in a public limited company.
